NEJANG HEALING YOGA

Nejang is the TIbetan Healing Yoga used by physicians and patients alike to balance internal energy, open the chakras and relax the mind. Nejang literally means purifying the energy locations of the body.

Transmitted by Puton Rinchen Drub in his Kalachakra teachings it is part of the preliminary Lujong practice within the famous Tibetan yoga known as Tsalung Trulkhor. Its 24 simple but effective exercises can be used for general well-being as well as for curing specific disorders.
